DoubleTree by Hilton Ottawa Downtown

Breakfast was great. The room was good except a little crowded with furniture. Location for shopping and tourist attractions was excellent. I've stayed there a few times before (under the Novotel name) and will stay there again when coming to Ottawa. Nothing changed except the name; all remained a great place to stay.

Really clean, quite luxurious, very comfortable beds and bedding, the staff were so helpful and kind - helped us with maps and spots to visit and even gave us a warm cookie on arrival! I was travelling with my mum who hurt herself and so we stayed in for the evening and the TV and feel of the room made us feel like it was a cosy home cinema

Location was great, right downtown. Rooms were clean but small, We went for lunch, last minute and the staff accommodated us which was very nice. I super appreciated that you put us, I reserved two rooms for family, in an adjoining room. First time ever that my request was given and it made things much more pleasant for us and easier to leave together. Thank you.

Location was great for us, we had an event at the Rogers arena. The start point for skating on the canal was right out front, Mall access was a bonus.

Location is amazing. Breakfast is really great and fresh, with lots of options. The room and bed are comfortable, and the shower is lovely. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
